Is this yeast infection bumps ?? Or something else

Ok so I recently went out of town for a month and I was introduced to new soaps and detergents that I never used before . I had condom sex and was informed by my aunt to soak in epsom salt , alcohol and peroxide as she said it will take the condom bacteria out more than just urinating so I did . Moving forward I used the soaps and detergents while I was out there and when I came home I noticed I had an itch but it wasn’t a bad itch , I just noticed it . So I showered and then the next day I decided to have a look down there per usual and I noticed I had bumps in my vagina . I have taken a picture as well . It does not bother me at all . It does not hurt when I go to urinate , it doesn’t burn . Nothing is growing from it at all , it’s just there . If I didn’t look down there I wouldn’t have noticed .

    Hi, I cant tell on the bumps you are referring to as the pic is really grainy and not very clear.Possible to get a better pic ? I never heard to do what your aunt said to try, however if you did it and the added different soaps and detergents could have very likely caused you to get a yeast infection. Have you tried to treat it with OTC medicine ?
