Is this yeast infection or normal discharge? Also is my clitoris normal looking?

apologies for the gruesome images. i cringed before taking them and uploading myself. so just a bit of background info into my health. I am 25 and since i was 12, I've experienced irregular periods. My GP's have been unable to make any diagnosis, but from my symptoms it is obvious i have PCOS.
i have always had issues of discharge, and getting slight back pains. but i'd consider it normal, even with the foul fishy smell and my underwear being stained constantly. i mostly wear black underwears so it doesnt show, but when its crusty, often turning yellow - the black can't even hide it.
anyways, since last winter i have had my periods every month. but this month i am 20+ days late.
like i have said i do get discharge and it's rather gooey and white. but only since the past 2-3 days have i really observed this.
i have not touched it, i just washed it off. but i looked at it and i got slightly freaked out. i suspect it may be yeast infection, but still i am unsure.
also, my clitoris - as you can see it sricks out and to be honest, it often feels quite sensitive and hurts when touched or when slight pressure is applied to it. i have noticed this since my late teens and also told my GP's who simply disregarded it - which is what puts me off from approaching them.
any advice would be appreciated. thanks

Hi. Do you have sex or masturbate? It is a type of infection that can be treated with genital hygiene and antibiotics. do not worry.

Hi,
First I want to say that I have lot if discharge and it's more common than we think. Nothing to be ashamed of. You are not alone.
It does look like you have a strong yeast infection. OTC antifungal ointment will treat this. Ask your pharmacist. Even if it's better today, do the full treatment to make sure it's gone.
Your clitoris seems more exposed. This is how you are. Mine is very sensitive to the slightest touch too. It's something I communicate to my partners and we make it work and comfortable for me.
As for your back pain, sensitivity and overall well-being, I suggest to explore alternative treatment. Osteopaths have helped me reduce back pain during my period by working my posture. Phytotherapy can help you regulate your hormones. It does't replace an annual check-up with your doctor but it can definitely help you.
