Is this yeast infection?? Pls help

i've been sexually active for over 4 years (im 21 now). Recently ive experienced something new. i felt my vagina itchy and some white discharge (not the usual fluid) but it wasnt like cottage cheese neither. I took fluconazole and it left. but now its the third time i have this in around 2 months. i also see my vulva swollen. Can someone tell me if this is yeast infection or another thing?

  • i ran some std's tests and came out negative at diseases
