Is vaginal discharge a symptom of herpes

Hi I am a female in my 20s and was diagnosed with herpes 1 and 2 about 9 months ago ..I had my first ob last may and it consisted of a few bumps that went away a few days later. Now I am having what I Think is a second outbreak but this time it,is bumps with a lot of discharge. ..I take,acocylovor every day...is vaginal discharge a symptom of herpes? ?

    I've had that happen as well. Is there any foul odor with the discharge?

      Thank u for your response....no there isn't a foul odor but I was also treated for bacterial vaginitis last wk and prescribed Flagyl and I'm aware that antibiotics can cause yeast infections and now I'm not sure if it's a yeast infection or an ob

      Well you answered my question smile I was curious because the low life who did this to me gave me bacterial infections. Funny after he was gone so were my infections. He just left that gift that keeps giving. The jerk! I'd just keep up with your meds and check on it in a few days see if it improves. Once your all clear of any infections and outbreaks I'd look into a product call RePHresh. It's awesome. It keeps your PH in that area balanced. Its inserts you use then every 3 days and then stop while menstruating. Then pick it back up again every 3 days and so on. smile
