Is Vertigo a typical symptom of Meniers?

My Meniers has been pretty severe but strangely I have had very little, if any, vertigo. My main symptoms are pulsating pressure in my head along with brain fog and hearing loss. I have had an MRI so no tumor. I have been on Betahistine for about a month and a half and have had some relief but nothing dramatic. I was wondering if anyone else is using Betahistine without having vertigo? Did it help you?
