I thought the dose -20mg I think had begun to work. but I've now started a phased return to work, I've been off for 4 months, and am feeling anxious and lower again now I've started. is this to be expected and shd i ride the storm, or should i increase and if i do will it make it even harder to come off? thoughts please lovely peeps.
