Issue for a long time now, numerous things tried...

I have had issues for some time now and they are always the same. I will wake up in the morning and feel fine. Then slowly over the course of the morning, or after I eat breakfast, I will start to get a headache over the left eye. My neck muscles will become stiffened in the back of my neck. My mouth will start to water and I will get really cold. It could be 90 degrees in the room I am in and I will shiver. Then I will get tired to the point where i have to sleep. I cannot stay awake no matter what I do.
Then, after this has gone on for a while, I will get nauseous enough to vomit. Once I do that, and what little that is in my stomach is out, the cold chills and headache start to go away. I will not be as sleepy. Strange thing is, when this happens, I have no bowel sounds, I don't feel my stomach rumble at all even though I haven't eaten all day. Once I vomit, I feel these feelings again and it feels like my stomach starts working again.
By the next day, I will be perfectly fine and it is like nothing happened.
I was initially diagnosed with migraines, given medicine. Didn't work.
Next, I was told I was depressive and given medicine for depression. This didn't work either.
Lastly, I was given a diagnosis of sleep apnea. Given a VPAP machine and sent on my way. Eventually, I got the UPPP surgery and had my tonsils, adenoids, uvula, soft pallate reduced and nasal turbinates reduced. I can breathe much easier and feel great after that. But, this is still going on.
In the past I had a very bad upper and lower gastric infection and was placed on very heavy antibiotics. I also had a diagnosis for H Pylori and took the course of meds for it as well.
I am getting at my wits end with this because i can feel it coming on and it takes me out for the entire day. It's affected many things in my life and no one can figure out what it could possibly be.
If anyone has any idea where I can turn next, I would appreciate it.

You must ask to see someone - that's no way to live your life!

I have had chronic migraine for 50 years. Reading the first part of your post I immediately thought migraine.
Over the years I have had investigations and surgery for sinus problems (not as extensive as yours) thinking my migraines were really sinusitis.
I have come to the conclusion that some are sinus related, some are weather related and some diet and allergy.
My life changed for the better when Imigran (sumatriptan ) were introduced. Although I still have as many migraines I can control them better.
I am about to start injections for Botox which will hopefully reduce the frequency.
I would have a retest for H-pylori as some of the symptoms for that can be similar to migraine.
I hope you find your solution
