Issue with MRI

I had spinal surgery on my L5-S1 disc years ago because it was herniated and causing me to be unable to walk. The surgery went well but now I'm having issues on and off with my legs again. They go numb often and sometimes it will last for 5min or so before I can move. I went for an MRI recently to see what was going on and they sent me home w the images. I have a decent idea of what I am looking at but would appreciate some clarity. I'm not quite sure what my spine looked like after surgery so not certain what is considered normal in this case since it's been worked on. Could you please help me read my MRI? Thanks so much!

What was your diagnosis? I don't think it is a good idea for anyone other than

a professional to render an opinion. Wishing you the best.

Said everything looked ok and that i should be treated symptomatically. I am willing to change my diet, exercise more, etc. Whatever it takes to get this under control. Treating symptomatically kind of sounds like "wait until it gets worse and then cover up the new symptoms". I'd prefer to treat the root cause. Also said it looks like all the nerves are flowing freely. I guess I was hoping to get lucky and hear second opinion from an MRI tech or doctor here. Thanks so much!
