Issues after Cunninlingus

So on December 7 I had Cunninlingus with a massage therapist. I had also sucked on her vaginal fluids/cum/pre cum. There was no anal/vaginal sex and no b*****b either. So the only contact was my tongue and her vagina and French kiss. Later that night I had a tingling/burning sensation in my tongue. I just brushed my teeth and went back to sleep and it got better the next morning. So on Dec 21 after masturbation I felt extreme burning sensation/discomfort in my urethra and pain while urinating followed by discomfort in testicles. This got better after 2 days by itself. So on 23rd December I decided to give a std panel test and everything came normal except Chlamydia and Herpes. But the chlamydia test was a blood test with lgg. A PCR test was done on gonnaorhea and that came as negetive. So I went to a urologist who gave doxycycline 100mg for 3 weeks (2 tablets per day) After 8th day I had severe dizziness so the doc advised to stop the tablets. Later I found out that the dizziness was due to fluid build up in middle year. Nevertheless I had stopped doxycycline on 8th day.

In the meantime, I used to get testicular pain only after ejaculation and a tingling sensation in urethra which only lasted for a day.

Then I went to meet the urologist again who said that since I had stopped the tablets mid way he would suggest a different medicine. Azithromycin was prescribed. But I was a little skeptical to take the tablet so decided to do a PCR test this time for chlamydia and another std panel. So took a pcr for chlamydia and gonorrhea in 30th Jan which came back as negetive and std panel was clear for hiv, syphilis, except herpes type 1.

All this while I was ignoring the fact the my penis had made no contact with the vagina and it was only my mouth which gave Cunninlingus and was exposed to body fluids.

In this period I have been very depressed and anxious as to trying to find out what my issue is.

My questions are as follows.

1. Would pcr test detect oral chlamydia /gonnaorhea?

2. I was tested negative for Hiv, syphilis, hepatitis via blood test. It is possible for it to be a false negative as the a throat swab was not taken? Or would blood test suffice for hiv, syphilis and hepatitis despite only my throat being exposed to body fluids?

3. I have been having on and off pain in my testicles. Is it possible for oral chlamydia and gonorrhea to travel to the genitals and cause issues?

4. From past 3 days I have been facing difficulty in swollowing food and feel like there's a lump in throat and my tongue has turned a bit whitish. Do you think its because of an oral std?

5. I got an RPR and TPHA test negetive twice for syphilis. It is possible for blood tests to not detect syphilis if it has been acquired in the throat?

6. If question 1 is no. Then is chlamydia and Gonorrhea the only oral stds which cannot be detected using pcr or are there other oral stds too like hiv,syphilis, tricomoniasis etc which cannot be detected via blood/urine if they occur orally?

I have been very depressed and anxious all this while. Any help would be appreciated.

Also there is no throat swab test for chlamydia and gonorrhea available in my country India which is causing keeping me in the dark about oral std.
