Issues after gaullbladder removal surgery help!!

  • Had my gaullbladder removal surgery last July have nausea vomitting diarrhea pain in upper abdomen at times and lower abdomen other times. Had a ct scan showed nothing. It comes and goes. I have had a difficult time eating . I have to run to the toilet every time I eat. I had an ultrasound come back normal stool samples normal. Any ideas it feels like gaullbladder attacks but I don't have a gaullbladder. I'm in the US.
