Issues in opposite arm/elbow after rotator cuff surgery

2-14 had successful left RT cuff procedure for fully torn rt cuff and debridement. Went great. Had a nerve block that lasted a good 24 hours. Upon nerve block wearing off I noticed weakness in my right hand? Specifically pinky/ring/middle finger had weakness and absence of ability to do fine motor skill actions. This came and went for 7 days lessoning somewhat but still noticeable. Was sent to ER on 7th day post op out of caution and had CT scan at insistence of my suregeon. Now, I have pain in wrist and elbow of right hand-arm that is crippling in nature. Have post op appointment today but wondering if others have seen or experienced this type issue... being a healthy adult male with left arm slinged up and now this right arm issue- I’m literally stopped dead in my tracks. Zero strength in right arm to even pick up a cup of coffee as any movement causes shooting pain.
Left side where procedure was done? Zero pain. Tylenol and ice.
guessing it’s nerve block related and nerves?

I'm just guessing, but my guess is it is a nerve problem. Especially since it goes into your hand. I have a slipped disk in my neck and know it can be very painful at times. I hope all goes well. I've had surgery that has affected the nerve and it's not fun.
