Issues with internal eyelid, lashes etc

I have been having issues with my eyelids for some months, had little whitish spot removed recently from lower internal eyelid, I still feel a sharp feeling whenever I close my right eye or move my eye around while it's closed.

I have Xailin night ointment and hope to get day ointment, I also have blepharitis so I use a lubricant for dry eyes due to blocked glands.

I've noticed the lower eyelid to be red with the veins showing so been using antibiotic ointment too as I was given this post procedure, been a couple of weeks now and still experiencing being uncomfortable when closing eye to perhaps doze off for a little while.

I was informed that it was not a cyst but a possible blocking of the oil glands, so it was removed surgically by the eye pavilion.

Anyone have a similar experience?
