Issues with puffiness under eyes and dry/gritty eyes

Hi everyone

This is such a helpful forum thank you all for taking time to help others. I am wondering if anyone is suffering with issues with their eyes even if you have not been diagnosed with Thyroid Eye Disease. I have Graves Disease and have noticed one of my eyes has become really puffy underneath lower lid. Also I suffer with very dry eyes. Can anyone recommend drops that they have found good.
