Hi to all.
It has been 2-3 days that I have these spots in my leg (above the knee). What is it? Allergy or something else? Is it dangerous?

It looks a lot like a herpes outbreak, but I strongly advise you to see a doctor to get the right diagnosis.
In any case, don't burst the blisters and don't scratch the lesion so that it doesn't spread.
If it is really herpes, you can treat it with an antiviral.

Are the spots painless? Have you had high exposure to sunlight??
