March 15, 2018 was the day I was exposed in a risk exposure. The exposure was unprotected handjob for 3 mins tops and protected b*****b for 14mins. Afte the exposure I had itching and burning while urinating. Then I got small red dots around my foreskin and tip of my penis. I went to the doctors on April 2, got looked at and the doctor said it was fungus. I also took an STD Panel and UTI test and everything came back negative. Then I had stomach pain for a week and body aches. I saw a 4 doctors said my exposure and they said its not herpes, hiv, and that I was stressing out. On the 5th week I went out of the way and took an HIV RNA test, and Herpes 2 test at Lab Corp they came out negative. Around the second month I was went to get checked for my throat because my throat has been hurting for weeks already got my result and it wasn't Strep. The last doctor I saw told me that Its all in my head and I am stressing about it. I also took an STD Panel test again and everything came back negative again in my 2nd month mark. Now it is May 29th 75 days after exposure and before this day I have been constipated for a couple of weeks and my poop has been coming out at balls and hard. Today on May 29th I went to the restroom and it was extremely hard and a lot of blood came out.

I know I have something but no test or Doctors help me. What is it?

....So it is unfortunately no surprise that constipation is a symptom of anxiety. In fact, anxiety can cause both constipation and diarrhea.

It's not anxiety. My body is trying to fight something.

Just pointing this out. i have read your other posts and do believe that your symptoms are real; however, it also appears to me that you are somewhat anxious from your many posts regarding the same subject. it could be a combination of things affecting you, not just one.

I hope someone can help you man. Maybe seek out Dr. Hunter Handsfield (Google Him) as he has a forum called askexpertsnow dot com. He is believed to be of the top STI doctors in the US.

I have seen some of his forms in Medhelp[/b].org[/b]. If I would to tell them about it he would probably tell me low risk and everything would come out negative.

He will tell you this for your HIV risk, but perhaps they may have some other ideas regarding your other symptoms. Just an idea and you could be spot on.

... what i meant was that he will tell you it is a No Risk HIV event.

You and other people have mentioned that it's not HIV but even aside from that I have penis pain, penis irritation, and other symptoms that I have gone through. Im just trying to figure out what is causing this.

... by chance have you been to a urologist yet for the penis pain? it could be some trauma, nerve issues (which can cause a rash), etc., etc.

I have been to see a Urologist he wasn't any help. When I told him my symptoms and he saw and still said it was normal.
