It is PVC or Afib

Ever since my panic attack back on Oct 2018 , I have been feeling heart palpations. As the months went , I have been having fewer and fewer and sometimes disappeared and come back for a week or so and then disappear again . One of my fear is that I have developed Afib ( increase stroke risk , stroke already runs in my family already) .

While 70% of my palpations feel like my heart skips a beat and then thumps , occasionally I feel like my heart quivers and then thumps . This quivering seems to be a symptom that runs with Afib according to many online sites .

When this occurs , I feel fine . My heartbeat increases a little for a couple of seconds due to the anxiety that follows the quiver but besides that I don't feel anything

You could start by seeing a cardiologist. They will probably first suggest a holter monitor. It's a small device you wear that will record all your heart beats for 24 or 48 hours. If you have a PVC, PAC or Afib during that period, you will then know. If you don't have an episode during that period, the holter can either be repeated or you can get an "event monitor". You can wear the event monitor longer than 48 hours and you simply push a button when you think an afib event is happening. The device, which continuously records on a loop, then keeps a recording of the event, including 60 seconds before the event. There are also event monitors you can buy and use with a smartphone such as Kardia Mobile, but it only record an event that is happening, not 60 seconds before the event. From what you state, if I had to guess I'd say you don't have afib, but the only way to know is to see a doctor and find out.
