It's a Brand New Day

Hello to everyone, I hope this day finds everyone feeling better, Iv'e been kinda down for the last four days, I have a new personal diagnosis it's called "Dizzigo" (dizziness combined with Vertigo, the vertigo is not rotational its rocking up and down from side to side, and this dizzigo is causing nausea. It will take me awhile to adjust to this new adventure. Adjustment is a very important part of surviving meniere's, everyday can pose new threats on person. It's been 10 years this month that I was introduced to Mr. Meniere's, and he has not been one of my better acquaintances. But win, lose or draw I'm in for the long haul. Anxiety level from 1 to 10 I'm busting an 11 about now. Just wanted to mention I added a profile picture, Yeah "I know it's a mugshot"! Just thought maybe you would want to see the man behind the meniere's curtain LOL. Anyway I'm wishing everyone a great day, and please remember to always count your blessings.
Remember how strong you are and everything you have been through, and how you are still in the game.
