I'm a 19 y/o male, never had any sexual activity so far, and some years ago I noticed these little white thingies at the bottom of my penis' base. After searching a bit, I saw this term called "Tyson's gland", which seemed really similar to my condition, but as always we have to be careful. Can someone say if it really is this condition and I don't have to worry about it, or it is something serious?
