Still not herpes, hun. Not molluscum either. Just an infected follicle/abscess.

Also, if you want to feel more assured, go get it swabbed. They'll need to pop it to get fluid out, and that fluid will inevitably be a mixture of puss and blood since this is not herpes. Since swabs test for the actual virus versus antibodies (as with blood work), you should feel more confident in the swab. Also, it would be very odd to not have blood work results back weeks later, so you should call the office, they may have forgotten to reach out to you, or they have a negative=no call policy.
