It's been 2 weeks since hitting my head, & I've had weird on/off pressure in my head. should i worry

The hit to the head was a result of hitting my forehead into my forearm at desk level (so not a very far distance.) It was a result of being disappointed by something and my reaction was to put my head down and when i did, i kinda misjudged my force and bumped my forehead into forearm.

There was no immediate symptoms but the next night, I had a very weak feeling come over me to where I even plopped down hard onto my chair which was weird. It went away and I was able to go to work, etc just fine. Then a few days later, I started having pressure/aches around my head. Forehead, jaw, temples, back of head, even ears. It's not a major pain and I have found it's gotten better over time but it does flare up at night for some reason. I find it's usually better upon waking up from sleeping overnight, and most of the day, i will feel fine with only occasional aches or feelings of pressure.

The pressure is sometimes around face and just has a tight focus to it like in forehead. I have also had ringing in my ears which has been present during this as well. It's been 2 weeks since it happened but given my symptoms, I feel this isn't anything super serious but at the same time, i'm still worried. I don't have insurance and last time I went to hospital for a head hit, I was fine and they said not to come to ER for stuff like this unless emergency.

I want to think this could be sinuses or allergies since I have had cough and i wake up with clogged left ear and all, but i'm not a doctor.
