3 month after having fibroids removed i still havent seen my period as yet. Often have belly pains and that's mostly everyday.. now my face has started having pimples none stop.

Have your doctor look for scar tissue ( Asherman's Syndrome). I had no period for almost two years with pain around when I should get my period. Scar tissue from my open myomectomy had completely covered my cervix from the inside so no blood could escape. It took four hysteroscopic surgeries to remove the scaring but I have normal period and no pain now!
