Almost two months ago I put aloe vera on my penis for having an irritation to a soap, I felt very strong pains for a couple of weeks then it got better but it continued like this and my glans and the whole penis was swollen dry and shiny, it seems like fluid retention and the skin the penis is stretched, there are hours of the day when I feel a burning sensation on the glans and sometimes I feel uncomfortable in the whole and with endem in the penis. ,because I took it from the plant, I believe that's why but I don't know how to treat it, what can I do?used coconut oil for a while but nothing
