It’s been very itchy and now it’s white

It's been itching every now and then and noticed some dandruff like particles whenever I scratch it. It's been going on for weeks now and I tried shaving it today and I noticed it's white already. I am not experiencing anything abnormal. My pH, period and discharge are all normal. I've been free of sexual stuff for months as well and we're clean. pls help on what to do. Btw it's less itchy now that I've shaved it.

    Did you finish shaving and did it stop itching once you did? Does it look better now that its been a couple of days?

    most likely a fungal infection. and also it might be a ringworm.
