It’s embarrassing but I must ask

I hate talking about these things but am desperate to know if anyone can help. For about a week or so going to the toilet is comfortable. Then for no reason stools are difficult to pass a d cause pain. Particularly as i have internal and ex piles. I drink plenty of water and what I eat has no bearing on this problem. I do take Dulcoease but would like to know if possible why this occurs. Sometimes going to the toilet fills me with dread. I also get runny stools occasionally.
