hello ,is this is anal fissure ,i am suffering from 10 day ,its very pain full,how to treat,i had this before 2 time but i not treated ,now i was admitted in hospital for covid 19 ,after discharge in few day i got this ,pls suggest me some information,thank

It seems like you have a fissure and also hemorrhoids. Do sitz baths for 10 to 20 minutes as often as possible. Buy some OTC hemorrhoid cream. Drink fluids and keep your stool soft with stool softeners and switch to a diet of fruits and vegetables, which should keep your stools small. You should heal okay but it will take a while.
