Itch on inside of penis , HELP!

Hey , I had unprotected sex with a girl last October and about three weeks later (out of anxiety and lack of communication with her) I took a test and found out I had gotten chlamydia from her. I was treated, the burning while urinating went away but the foul odor remained ( which was very similar to her odor which I foolishly ignored the night of)  as well as a random feeling ( I can't really describe it , it's not necessarily a pain or an itchy feeling.... but it last 3-5 seconds at most ) on the inside of my penis (a little below the opening of the head to be exact but on the inside)... I took all other options for chlamydia treatment fearing I still had it and the feeling still remained but the clinic said there'd be no way for it to remain after all those treatments, my gum clinic doctor gave me a yeast pill which made it go away but then it came back, I was then recommended to use lotrimin clomethiazole which made no difference in the 2 weeks I used it (maybe it was because I missed some nights)and referred to a different hospital.....  I ended up taking more test in February (urine culture , blood test , regular check up stuff..) and they came out negative for STD/STIs ....my doctors said I was clean but the feeling still persist to this day, I went to urology but it wasn't any help, they took a sample said I was clean and referred me to Derma where they just recommended aquaphor after seeing no rashes present... I should Note I switched up my soap and towels which got rid of the foul odor completely( apparently a bar of soap or towel I used in the past had bad reactions to my skin and would make these small red dots that wouldn't hurt or leak appear ok my penis , they're gone now since the switch, I highly doubt it's herpes since I was tested multiple times for that...... I'm wondering if it may be something wrong inside of my penis like damage.... I should also note that I've been urinating more than one stream more frequently. I haven't had any other sexual encounters since the day I caught chlamydia , this has been stressing me literally everyday since then.... I just need clarity...... hopefully you guys could help

First of all, for anyone who washes their penis with soap you are killing off the good guy bacteria that exist on the head area of the penis: stop using soap if you want a health 'business-end' of the penis.  Simply wash with warm water and make sure you are 100% dry afterwards.

As the situation you have has been going on since October and it has been causing you a lot of stress the only way to resolve this is to discuss the entire issue with a Urology specialist - you don't want fobbing-off with this, that and the other, tell the specialist you want it sorted!  The sooner this happens the better!!

WhAt sort of things occur when using soap because I think the soap I am using is causing me multiple problems; fishy odour that only goes when is washed but comes back with in a short time, redness when erect (REALLy red) and my foreskin sticks to the head of my penis when pulled back. However when I do apply soap or body wash I don’t apply directly on the penis just around it, does this still affect it? Would be great if u could help!

The soap I was using before I switched was causing little bumps to appear (I freaked out and thought it was herpes but it wasn’t) the bumps did show more when erect and were a bit reddish but I haven’t sent even a sign of them since I switched the soap (it wasn’t one I ever used in my life at that so it’s not like my body just started breaking out) I’d suggest you go to a clinic and get tested.

Sounds like urologist territory to me. It's possible the Chlamydia damaged your urethra, possibly urethritis. With some doctors, you need to tell them exactly what you want them to do, or they won't fix anything. Tell them you want them to check for damage to your urethra and to check you for urethritis and see what they say. You may need antibiotics if it is urethritis.
