Itch red spot in vagina

Ive has been celibate for almost three years. I had protected sex for the first time since then about a week today my vagina is so itchy and red I took a picture and I see red spots. What should I do? Is it a condom allergy? Did I get a std through the condom? Not sure how to include the picture I took

    It sounds like you are irritated. It could be an STD or allergic reaction. Your doctor will be able to tell. Hope you feel better!

    If it’s anything it could be HSV1 or HPV. Most people have that though if that’s what it is. Tbh it’s more likely that your vagina was irritated from something it’s not used to after being celibate 3 years. Use cold compresses while you wait for a doc appointment.
