Itchiness behind stomach

I have persistent itchiness, and the best way I can describe it is that it is behind my stomach. I know that it is related to female parts because, in order to scratch the itchiness, the urge is to scratch my vulva/vagina. I have had it constantly at least since I changed into a women. (I am now 21.) I always assumed that all women experience it, but now I am not so sure. Google doesn't seem to have heard of it. Does anyone else experience this? Is it normal? Does it have a name? Thanks..
