Itchiness for months- possibly fungal?

please help this is taking over my life!

For the past 8 months, I've been experiencing itchiness in the anal area and what seems like folliculitis? I already have herpes so I assumed I was getting frequent outbreaks but I'm not so sure anymore. Candida was found on my pap and I took fluconazole but I'm still itchy (mons pubis also itchy but maybe from shaving?)

Problem is worse with stress and friction. Corticosteroids haven't helped, neither have antivirals. imageimageimageimage

    did you ever find out anything? i have the same red spots on my butt as well and i was wondering if you had any insight?

      Just got my swab results back and it says staph aureus. Does yours itch/hurt as well? Mine subsides in a few days but comes back after shaving/sex
