can anyone give me any advice, i have the itchiness on my shoulder and top of one arm, it keeps me awake. this morning i didnt get to sleep until 2.30. i took antihisamine tablets. i used the usual creams betnovate , cetraban i am at my wits end to find some sort of relief. any advice please.
