Itchiness redness and burning

about nine months ago i had sex and it started like burning around my anus while i was having sex and since then around my vulva/vaginal opening it gets itchy and it burns and also it is lighter and more pinkish/redish so its definetely some discoloration it looks as though my skin around my vulva is gone and it looks like a rash and if i end up scratching it, it burns really bad also there is some small red spots around the opening and sometimes if i wipe from peeing, its like little dots of blood on the tissue pls help i havent gone to the doctor yet and yes when i had sex it was unprotected and its been happening for nine months now also there are no bumps what is it? also when its dry, it has like white patches
