Itchiness, redness, swelling, bumps... please help?

Hiya, a few days ago I noticed these cluster of bumps in the pocket at the back of my vagina. Some were red and other were white. There were quite a lot of them but they didn't hurt so I didn't worry about them. Now, three days later, my vagina is very red, itchy and has swollen up and it almost hurts and creates an itchy feeling when I pee and I don't know what it could be! My boyfriend and I are both clean as we've never been with any other partners before, we're both virgins still so no penetrative sex has taken place and he doesn't have herpes nor HIV so I don't know what it could be and I'm really worried! Does this sound familiar to anyone? I've noticed there has been a bit of discharge either white or clear so I'm hoping that it's just a yeast infection!

    sounds like a yeast infection treat it internally with a pessary and outside with a cream
