Itching after having hemorrhoids surgically removed

Ok I had surgery August 20 I got two outside hemorrhoids cut off. So about 3 weeks after surgery my butt starts itching like crazy is this normal???? IDK what to do. I can't stay out of my butt for the life of me. It's wierd because it started 3 weeks later after surgery. But my butt isn't hilde all the way so I cant itch at it too much because it still hurts real bad. Any ideas??? Is this normal??? Will it go away???,

    May. Be scar tissue. Believing or not u still need to put cream there.i suggest corona .very good I had sphynectomy +internal and external hemi.also nicjzone is good.it will get better.and remember fiber water
