Itching Bumps on Right Side of Clitoris

Hello,

I've had this slightly itchy bump on the right side of my clitoris for a couple of years now.

I have not seen a gynaecologist beyond a very brief visit when I first started hormone replacement treatment to verify that I had "standard" equipment. As I am transmasculine I have honestly avoided these types of visits, as I am not entirely comfortable with them.

The bump hasn't been a big issue over the years (beyond the slight itching), but recently I discovered a second small bump right next to it.

I've appended a left and right picture for comparison.

For further context, I have been receiving testosterone shots for 6 years, I have never had any sexual contact, I contracted some form of HSV as a child with regular flare-ups that tapered off with adulthood and now only happen when my immune system is otherwise compromised.

Any information would be appreciated, even if it is just a "go to the doctor". imageimage
