Itching, irritated, burning skin from the bottom of glans to my balls, IT HURTS SO BAD

this started out as a group of small little red bumps, but progressively got worse and more itchy. I went to an urgent care center and they said it looked like balantisis and not herpes, I forgot to mention to the doctor that eczema is common for me although ive never got it any where near my penis. i don't know if their is discharge or if it is just sweat, but when i wipe it off its brownish yellow, with a really weird smell. it didnt hurt that much but after a long day at work and alot of sweating it is stinging and burning really bad( It does not sting when I pee, just the inflamed skins stings/burns). any tips to help with the pain or what should I do? I was prescribed some kind of powdered medicine but doesn't seem to do much for the pain.imageimageimage

    See a doctor and demand answers.

    If they don't know, have them refer you to someone who does.
