Itching on Labia That Won’t Go Away

I've had itching on the inside of my left labia for months now. It started suddenly and hasn't gone away. I've put Monistat type cream on it, thinking it had to be yeast and I'm constantly putting anti itch cream on. I even went to the doctor and she said it looked irritated, but not bad. She swabbed me for any infections and they came back negative. It's a little red and the skin is kind of puffy, but it's not broke open or anything. I've noticed it's a lot itchier when the area stays wet like when I exercise or when I'm on my period. I have not changed soaps, detergents, or anything. Does anyone know what it could be?? It doesn't spread but it doesn't go away.

    hey i been feeling the SAME way, but yesterday i started putting coconut oil on my labia only and havent had itched since ... also after i pee i reapply .. worth a try

    Did you ever find out the cause? I've been having the same thing. Itchiness inside my right labia only. It's swollen on that side too.
