Itching on upper left butt cheek almost to hip

I have had Lichen for years with itching off and on in my vagina area using clob, so this itch with no rash or any bumps or spots has me wondering what it is. I have had it for months thinking it was from taking my hot bath everyday but curious now if it is Lichen?

I have regular doctor appt next month and will ask her but she along with dermatologist don't know much about it. I have been going to gynecologist for the clob. He said he has other patients with it.

Has anyone had anything like that?

I haven't been doing well on cutting out sugar and glutton. I have been trying to cut down but hard especially when stressed. I live with husband with depression issues for last 20 years and that has taken a toll on my body.
