itching that won’t go away down there!!

so, heres the story. ive been feeling itchy and irritated and a little swollen down there for a little over a week. i took 2 diflucan as im prone to yeast infections but it didnt help much. got checked out by gyno, no BV or yeast or any STDs. the only thing i havent gotten tested for yet is HSV-1 and 2. my discharge is white and milky. could it be HSV or something else im missing here?? i am so tired of living in itchy pain!!image

      thats a relief, i was worried the white spots were something weird. still wish my itchiness and irritation would go away though. im open to ideas of what to do/what it is lol

    Hi! Try Canesten Thrush Combo. You'll either get a tablet and cream, or pessary and cream. I know you didn't test positive for a yeast infection but it's worth a shot because it works wonders for itching. Also, keep drinking water and see if that flushes any infection you may have out. And consult another doctor!

    Hi, mystery itching is a nightmare. If you tested negative, then you can rule out stds. People always assume you have yeast but there are many other disorders that can explain your symptoms. It is challenging if your symptoms are mild because it will always look normal.

    If your doctor swabs test for yeast and BV is negative, stop all treatment... Sitz bath and loose clothing and minimal product for a few weeks are the first steps. If it doesn't resolve : contact dermatitis, psoriasis, urticaria, lichen, neurodermatitis, hormone unbalance have to be ruled out. Contact dermatitis can take 4 weeks to resolve so be patient.
