Itching, white discharge, lumps in labia minora. HELP

I had sexual intercourse without protection Agoust 9. A week later, I had pain and itching in my vagina (not vulva) after two days with these symptoms I finally decided to take a look down there. What I discovered were these little bumps that look more like papules. It doesn't hurt anymore but it does itch, and my vaginal discharge is white and heavy with white lumps. Now I also have abdominal pain. I have an appointment with the gynecologist in a few days but I'm dying of anxiety and fear. What scares me the most are the pimples, it unnerves me to see them. I have them on the inside of the labia minora.

This is what my vagina looks like right now. If you look closely you can see the papules of which I speak.

    Hi, seems like you have a yeast infection that was brought on by the sex. Is the discharge have a strong odour? if it is it can be BV . I do see the papules and cannot tell if they are normal which can very well be and just be VP. Maybe you can take a pic with less discharge on labias.

      No, the discharge smells the same as always, nothing out of the ordinary in that sense. I took a pic with less discharge.
