Itchy anal skin tags or haemorroids?

last month, I was pounded by an unprotected big di**. then the next month, i just noticed these 2 soft lumps on my anus (6 o'clock), they started itching the time i noticed them. they are very very itchy but it doesn't bleed. there's also no blood in my stool. whenever I do bowel movement, walls of inside my anus itches causing the feeling of incomplete defecation. sometimes i get the feeling of soreness or burning sensation of the lumps. Right now, they itch at night or hours after i take a bath.
