Itchy and scratching my clitoris!! help

I got an itchy clitoris just this evening i cant sleep because its kinda itchy when it touches to pillow or something and i scratch it everytime i feel not comfortable and cant take the itch and now after scratching i take a look of my vagina and i have notice this red thing in my clitoris is it because of scratching or something serious?!! i have here the pics pls help me guys ill appreciate your comments smile

    It maybe due to scratching. I've been itchy down there before and I scratched that area too, but I tried to wash with hydrogen peroxide diluted with water 1:1 follwed with apple cider vinegar diluted with water 1:2 . It maybe because of some bacteria.

    Yes I would say bath in epsom salt and apply coconut oil to the itchy part and make sure you taking acidophilus pills that helps produce good bacteria and replace that with the bad bacteria
