Itchy anus and perianal rash only when I walk

Hello. I have an itchy anus and sometimes the skin around my anus gets red - it started several months ago. I have tried so far only hemorrhoids cream + suppositories because that's what I was diagnosed with. The itchiness happens only when I walk and some days I get a rash and anal burning sensation after I come back after a walk. It all started after a 3-days diarrhea in September (so 4 months so far).

I saw 2 other topics in here describing the exact same symptoms but no conclusions or follow-up from those that initiated the topic.

Has anyone experienced this?
