anyone help identify the cause of this please? Usually located on my elbows

a type of urticaria.
if it is new, there may be a cause to be found.
you can go to your healthcare provider.
normally, urticaria can be treated itself with some lotions or cream but there could be something that spit out the urticaria episode.
