Itchy bump mostly in groups. Whats the cause?

For a week now I've had these bumps which go away and later come back. There mostly around my knees, ankles and forearms. They almost always become a group.

I'm not sure if its a irritation of if its a insect of some sort. I tough that i might be chiggers but the bumps aren't that red.

In case of an irritation, I've washed all the clothes and put new ones on but that doesn't

help.

What could be the cause?

    Any chance of a photo? It could be almost anything. Do you have any pets that may have fleas?

    Could be a food allergy,especially to gluten.....wheat products mainly. what is your diet like?

    Are the bumps/spots in places where you perspire more than in other places....do you live in a hot climate or do strenuous sports which cause sweating. Let us know and /or send a pic...Hugs..G
