Itchy bumps on penis shaft

hello i am 29 and not married. i had these bumps on my penis for about 3 months now. it first started with one and then 2 and then more. and it grows slowly until as it is right now. and it feel itchy a little bit. can you tell me what it is? what is the treatment? can you recommend some ?

    i can almost say with 100% certainty that this is

    Molluscum contagiosum. its a viral skim infection/std very contagious. you should see your doctor about removal options as they can take 6 months to 4 years to resolve on their own. wash hands, towels. bedding after use. dont engage in sex. its very easily spread.

    also i see you shave. discontinue that untill treatment and throw out the razor you used. goodluck.

      does shaving make it worse? i thought shaving can stop spreading because i am engineer and have sweat soak my underwear from morning till evening.

    This looks exactly like what I have; Molluscum contagiousum. Go see a dermatologist to make sure and see if he can freeze the spots. In the meantime try not to touch the spots as they can spread easily. Make sure you wash your hands if you do touch the spots. Try not to shave or jack off also. Best of luck and update when you see a doctor

    You MUST NOT share towels with other family members / other people you live with - the is the easiest way to spread conditions such as Molluscum
