Itchy Cuts on Perineum (Pics)

I've been getting "cuts" that heal and return day to day for the past 3 months. It all started after my first ever yeast infection in July. After taking fluconazole, all yeast infection symptoms went away, except a persistent, mild itch. Then, in August, I started getting these cuts, and the skin became tight and shiny in the area.

These days, the skin's not really tight anymore, but the cuts are itchy, sting a little, and come and go. The skin also seems to flake off when I touch it. I got tested for everything except Trich and Herpes, and they all came back negative. My doctors aren't sure what it is. I don't think it's herpes because I never got blisters, and I don't think herpes heals and reoccurs day to day. No odors or weird colors. Exclusively on perineal area.

I've also had a weird runny white discharge from time to time (I never had it before the cuts started).

What could this all be?? Has anyone else experienced it?

Looks like a yeast infection to me

Most likely a yeast infection and it leads to dryness. that's why the looks like it ripped. try to heal the yeast first with antifungal cream. then, used moisturizer cream to reduce the dryness.

Update: Yeast culture came back negative. (done in October).

I'm not sure that this is yeast because I've had 2 rounds of fluconazol, a round of monistat, and an anti-fungal cream 😦 Anything else it could be?

Unless it's a super weird form of yeast that doesn't grow in lab cultures or comes and goes 😢 I'm so confused.

Has anyone suggested Lichen Sclerosus ? It may be an idea to discuss it with your doctor. Its not an STI , you cant catch it or give it to anyone.
