Started out as dry kinda flaky skin. Very Itchy. When I sleep I guess I scratch it really bad because now I have these lesions. Started with new job, thought it may be due to the grill cleaner they have. (although I've used grill cleaner before at other jobs.) thought it may be related to my nose which was very dry and flaky before the lesion on pubic area. Nose is fine now.

Try an antifungal cream like Daktarin or Canesten. May be a similar thing to Athlete's Foot called Jock Itch ?

Lotion burns too much.
Have you gone to a doctor(urologist ) to find out if is an infection or some other disorder.
