Itchy nipple

I have had an itch inside my left nipple for years now. There is nothing on my nipple to cause concern however despite this I have tried psoriasis and eczema and yeast infection creams, various oils and moisturisers. None helped. I have tried steroids and allergy meds that have also not helped. I have had ultrasounds that have showed nothing of concern. The itch is persistent and feels like it’s inside my milk duct but despite breastfeeding there was no relief. I have no idea what else to do. Could it be a nerve inside the breast/nipple? I am desperate. Please help!

hey i know you posted this a while back but i was wondering if you ever found out what it was/how to treat this? I'm 21, not pregnant (never have been nor breastfed) and both my nipples have been extremely itchy for many months now! it's not persistent all times of day but at certain times every day, mainly at night or after showering, they are so itchy and i cant help but scratch them which often causes a bit of dryness/cracked skin but apart from that no rash/abnormalities as far as i can see and no pain other than if i over-scratch them and crack the skin a little. i have no idea what it could be, i've googled many times and nothing that comes up seems to be what is causing it for me so just curious if you ever found out more?
