ITCHY PAINFUL VAGINA

So i used a new panty liner 2 weeks ago and after that my vaginal area started to itch like crazy. This panty liner had some ions on it and it cools the down part. Anyways, at first I thought it was just a normal reaction. until after a week this is what it looks like now. It has been itching like crazy and my vulva is like swelling. It is sometimes painful but still very itchy. I don't know what this is. Can somebody please tell me what it is from the way it looks?
