Itchy Patches on Right Thigh

Hi, I was having a single round itchy patch on my right thigh since Nov'2019. Consulted a local doctor and he prescribed the following :

Ketocent B Cream

Ketogen Soap

Clotragem Powder

Have been using it since past 7-8 months now, but its not going away completely. Infact now I have multiple patches on the right thigh and a very small one on the left groin area too.

Have attached some pics for your reference as I cannot goto a doctor now due to lockdown in India.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
